Some weekends have too much going on. Though turn out may not have been as many as hoped for at the Industry Sew Day - that did not stop the fun, laughter and sewing that was done.
Lisa and Charlotte brought their projects to work on
White Donna got the rest going on the Community Service Quilts.
Jeanette pressed for Sara and Carol S. as they sewed, and Donna made sure that the right pieces went in the right spots.
Above - the girls are giving a sneek peak as the quilt starts to take form
One Down! And what a gorgeous quilt. As you can tell from Donna's face - she enjoyed herself and was very happy to have this one done before lunch. Here's to more workers at the next sew day - Saturday, October 4th. Maybe we can have a sewing race and finish 2 or 3 more as they do not take that long when you are working with friends. Mark your calendars now.

The Month of June found the ladies at the museum, zipping right through preparing a great beauty for safe storage. Judy and Lorraine did the stand up work
While Charlotte and Vevia documented the next quilt on the computer.
Click on the pictures to see the quilt in it's entirety, some of you may remember when we had the bed turning, this quilt was hanging up for all to see. There is so much embroidery on this crazy quilt - each time you look at it you find something new for your eyes to check out.
Thank you to both the Industry sew ladies and to the museum ladies for all you did this past week.
See you all at the meeting.
