BOM - A New Method

Carol presented us with a different type of log cabin block last month.  She decided to make hers with a few extra pieces and then into a very interesting pillow.  Jane brought her block in, really looking forward to seeing what quilt project Jane comes up with for this block.

Carol's Block of the Month for September was more of a method.  A quilt as you go method and very interesting.  The tool that Carol demonstrated with is called Batting Buddy from Fun and Done! Quilting, Prairie Sky Quilting. You could also do it without the tool, though you would need to be real careful on your placement of batting and the top sheet.  Thank you Carol for showing us this new technique.  Show and Tell should be interesting in the future when we see how others put this method to use.
