Nineteen guild members unloaded their machines starting at 8:30 am and went to town to start as many projects as they could. There were aprons, big bags, shoes, 10 minute table runners, hot pads, Christmas pillows, snowmen and of course lots of sharing.
Several finished the day with completed items or projects at the final stage ......the rest of us will be working dilegently to finish up and bring our items to the next guild meeting. The Christmas gift giving was greatly spurred on with the projects that Lisa and Erlene brought in to share with us.
Thank you Erelene for the tricks on folding those hot pads and for those darling snowmen ornaments. And thanks and congrats to Lisa for being everywhere and for the new tips on cutting large pieces of fabric. Lisa has some great ideas for next year and her presidency. Our guild is much blessed with all our members.
Remember, if you need time to finish these or other projects, we will be having a UFO Sew Day on Saturday, Oct. 2nd.
