Carol's first set of Blocks of the Month are just one pattern away of having the table runner done. Carol showed us how to make hst's (half square triangles) using just two blocks, sewing 1/4" all the way around the outside and cutting from one corner to the opposite corner twice - have 4 hst's to square up.
Carol is doing hers the long way, but you could also do 2 blocks on top of two blocks.
Either I am getting real slow, or our members are picking up speed. Before I can get the shots - they are packing up.
Verna Lee did a great job of holding her block - camera (or picture taker) did a rotten job of picture.
