Dave & Janet Schwab lost their home to a fire on Tuesday, March 29th. Though they are trying to salvage as much as possible, water and smoke damage has limited what they can keep from the items that weren't burnt in the fire.
It was decided that our guild would gift Janet with one of our community service quilts and on Monday, April 4th, Susie and Vevia presented this quilt to Janet at her work.
Janet stated that it has been very trying sifting through the remains and dealing with the necessary paperwork and agents. This was the perfect gift at the perfect time and Janet sends her thank you to all of us.
