HELLO 2011 !!!!!!

Secretary Frances and President Lisa welcomed members Monday night at the first guild meeting of the year. It is a long dry spell from the Christmas meeting the first part of December to the 3rd Monday of January. Excited voices almost drowned out the gavel calling the meeting to order.

One of the agenda items that was accomplished was going over the new year's program book. If you have not picked up your book, nor your membership card, please see the president at the next meeting.

During refreshments, members divided up into their groups as listed in the program book and came up with the names they will go by this year. Please jot down in your books the following: (Please let me know if I got your groups name incorrect, thank you.)

Carol's group is called - Sew Unique

Erlene's group is called - Sew 'n Sews

Marilyn's group is called - Silver Threads

Juanita's group is called - Knotty 6 Stitchers

Jan's group is called - Jan's Strippers

Stacy's group is called - Sassy Stitchers

Carol and Bonnie have planned a great year of programs, you will not want to miss any of them.

If you noticed someone not present Monday night, give them a call and see if they need a ride and/or how they are doing.
