Day and meeting place changed for September.

From the PQG President

 Happy Sunday Quilting Guild!

I am sending a message to everyone with the information that we are going to hold a quilters meeting on the fourth Monday of the month September 28.
Due to Covid and for safety of all we will require masks to be worn by all members at all times and these masks must cover the nose also.  No refreshments will be served. But please bring your show and tell for everyone to enjoy!
This meeting will be held at the museum and not the church. Please start arriving at 5:30 and the meeting will start at 6 PM until 8 PM. We will try this location and see how it feels for space and safety.
If we like it we can have future meetings on the fourth Mondays of October 26 and November 23 for future. The Christmas party would remain on the first Monday, December 7 as was previously scheduled. This will be a modified party and would not have a potluck.
I hope we will be able to discuss these matters and vote on them at the meeting.
At this time Frances says we are still having the food fundraiser on October 7 at the Methodist Church. We will have food only and not the quilt show and other things we did last year. Frances will report on this at the next meeting with the status of the Methodist Church fundraising supper activities.
I hope you will attend and we can discuss all ideas for quilting guild get together‘s and our future board members and activities!
Please feel free to contact me at anytime with questions or your great ideas! Call or text me anytime at 785-216-0636.
If you do not wish to attend and do not feel comfortable attending meetings until the Covid crisis has subsided I completely understand and would like you to also contact me so that I can know everyone’s wishes. It is easier to make a decision with everyone’s input

Respectfully submitted
Debrah Bollig
