Museum work coming along.

On the 4th Wednesday of the month the second group worked on cleaning a very old log cabin tied quilt.

 Erlene and Leila finished sewing the quilt to the sheet before attaching to the tube and picture documenting.

 As you can see in the picture above, the furrows really show up.

Quite a bit of silk fabric has deteriorated, showing the foundation that was used to make the log blocks.

The group has finished 25 quilts to date.
