The one bad thing about agreeing to present a Round Robin program is that you miss out on the other fantastic demonstrations given. Frances captivated her audiences with the techniques and what withs concerning her rug making.
Lisa's demonstrations were on wool and applique. Everyone was buzzing with ideas they learned, including that push down seal tight saran wrap thing-a-ma-jig thing she showed. Don't blame me if my information is a little vague - I was on the otherside of the room. Who's with me in declaring private lessons are needed on both rug and wool?
As for me - I had fun giving tips on making HST - half square triangles and looking up all the possible ways of doing them. Remember: PRESS, consistency with pencil/ruler/cutter, and if all else fails - make bigger and square down to size.
Thank you Jan for the wonderful presenters and programs you made possible. Thank you presenters for all the time you put in and all the information you gave.
