August SHOW 'n TELL

Tracy has been busy with the three quilts she had to show us all on Monday.  And take a gander at the one below - the border is made with fabric that Tracy designed and had made.  WHOA!!!!!  We need more info.  How great is that?

Lisa has also been very busy - finishing up UFO's and creating items to be on display at the quilt shop.  Very impressive lady, and very pretty besides.

Bonnie has been teaching Harley a lot of things as noted in this pillow case that Harley made with her own color combinations.  Good teaching Bonnie.  Carol showed us her fair winner and Deb showed us her finished class project.  Deb also completed her BOM baskets.  It's amazing how so many women did that years BOM and none of them are the same.  Good job.

Carol also showed off her Raggedy Ann and Andy quilt...What a great, "gee I want one just like that" quilt.  Love the setting as well as the embroidery that went into it.  Good job Carol.

Vevia has been working on chenille types and came up with this "Spring Waters" design.  She also has finished a scraps only quilt for a great-great-nephew that is due to arrive in September.

Thank you every one for showing us what you have been working on and for helping the creative juices keep active in our guild.
