May Show and Tell

You can always tell the time of the year by how many new quilts are on display during the Show 'n Tell part of our meetings.  This month might be a wind down from the winter offerings, but still, every one is very much admired.Erlene found a lost "sheep" in one of the boxes from her move and has finished it - good thing my memory is bad - I can't tell you how long ago it was started.  hahahah

Erlene shared that there is also something to be said for keeping dirt in - may look better after a washing, but you can never tell what batting is inside.  This monkey wrench is now a lumpier version of the original.  Looks great though.

Jane was a little fast on the draw when showing her show 'n tell, she got us all to laughing when she held it up again and hid behind it.  Natch, I did not get too good of a focus.

Frances not only headed up the Community Service Sew days and found time to quilt one of them, she also found time to finish this quilt.  Don't know how the woman accomplishes all that she does.  You go Frances!!!
