'Wing and a Prayer' duo - Toni Steere and Jenny Foltz, gave our guild a million dollar tour of the very long process of thinking of a material you want, going through the processing stages of getting it designed and onto fabric. Then if you are those two, you also design the pattern for the quilt you visualized. They do have an advantage over the customer - they get the first of the material and make up that quilt to showcase the fabric line. If you are lucky - ONE YEAR later and Toni is off to the vendors showing off the fabric and what their customers can do with it. Thank you to two very talented ladies for sharing the process and all those lovely quilts.
