Remember the saying about it taking a town to raise a child? Our quilt quild is in the same category - it takes every member of the guild to keep the Piotique Quilters Guild a guild that is growing and nuturing our beloved craft. There is more than just the few people you see at the front each meeting - and what a wonderful time to bring them up front to remind our members of who they are and what they do.
Recognition was given to our chairs of groups and commitees:
Stacy, Cindy, Audrey, Deb, Marilyn and Lisa.
Appointees: Susie, Verna Lee, Judy, Frances S. and Lisa.
Officers: Jan, Sara, Bonnie, Carol, Frances B., Erlene, Nancy, Dixie and Lisa.
Door prizes were also in abundance at our Christmas Party and there were even some items for the male guests of our group. Thank you to everyone for a great 2010 year!
