Around and Around We Go

Camelot is not the only location with a round table..............

Thank you to the janitor of the church and his helpers, we had plenty of tables to work on to go around our own hand made color wheels. Frances' hand on part of her program was lots of fun. Some of us may not be quite sure what shade violet is, but Frances walked around and helped lean us in the right selections. It was a shame cutting up all those lovely books, but what fun to find pictures of material in the right shades to paste on your wheel. Having fellow quilters to help you was also a blessing. Some mentioned how they disliked selecting
the color schemes for their quilts and usually asked someone in the quilt shops to help. Working with others, gave us all a little more courage to jump out there and SEE.

In case you did not catch the name of the book that Frances used to obtain her information for us - "Color Magic for Quilters", by Ann Seely & Joyce Stewart.

Thank you Frances for getting us started on the right track. Now next month's meeting should take us even farther.
